How It Works
From the first photos to the final walkthrough.
The Reactor Process
Four practical steps, with the job details confirmed before removal.
Show Us the Junk
Send photos or an item list, your property city or ZIP and the route out. Point out heavy materials and anything that needs special handling.
Review the Quote
Confirm accepted items, the removal scope, the total and any conditions. Ask whether an on-site check is needed before the price is final.
Feed the Reactor
After the scope and pickup are confirmed, removal can proceed. Agree on access, carrying, loading and cleanup before work starts.
Reclaim Your Space
Walk through the agreed removal areas and check that the scope is complete. Keep anything that must stay clearly separated.
Before the pickup
- Mark what goes and what stays. Identify the rooms, items and boundaries included in the quote.
- Describe access. Include stairs, elevators, carrying distance, parking and building requirements.
- Flag special materials. Keep unknown contents and dense or restricted materials separate for review.
- Confirm the plan. Agree on price, pickup timing, the work included and who can approve changes.
Reclaim your space. Start with the junk.
Send photos or an item list, your property city or ZIP and any access notes. Confirm the scope, price and available timing before booking.
Photos are optional. An estimate request does not book a pickup.
