FAQ

Answers to help you prepare for removal.

How is a quote calculated?

Item size and volume, material weight, access, labor, disposal requirements and the local market all affect the estimate. Send an item list, photos and the property city or ZIP, then confirm the total and what it includes before approving work.

Which load size should I choose?

The Pricing page shows quarter, half, three-quarter and full-load illustrations using the same reference cargo space. These describe relative volume, not an actual truck capacity or price. If you are unsure, choose Not sure yet in the quote form and send photos of the whole pile.

Do I have to move items outside?

Include the current location of each item in your request. Note stairs, narrow doors, elevators and the distance to parking so indoor removal can be assessed before scheduling.

Can I get an exact price from a photo?

Photos help explain the job, but may not show weight, hidden contents or access restrictions. Ask whether the quote is final or requires an on-site check.

What should I do before an appliance pickup?

Tell us the appliance type and whether it is disconnected. Arrange any required utility disconnection with a qualified professional; do not cut lines or open refrigerant systems.

Can you handle a whole estate or rental cleanout?

Use the Estate Cleanouts or Commercial / Property Management path to describe the property, contents and deadlines. Identify who can authorize removal and which items must stay.

Can I include paint, chemicals, batteries or unknown materials?

Flag these separately before requesting pickup. Do not assume hazardous or regulated materials are accepted; handling and disposal must be confirmed for the specific job.

Will my items be donated or recycled?

Ask about the destination for your particular items. Reuse and recycling depend on condition, material and local facility acceptance; do not assume every item can be diverted from disposal.

How do I check coverage and availability?

Send the property city or ZIP through Contact / Quote. Coverage, crew availability and any travel charges must be confirmed before a pickup is booked.

Reclaim your space. Start with the junk.

Send photos or an item list, your property city or ZIP and any access notes. Confirm the scope, price and available timing before booking.
